Return & Refund Policy

Seven days from delivery. No questions asked. Free reverse pickup on serviceable PIN codes. Refund within 48 hours of the parcel reaching Bagru.

The one condition: the length must come back unwashed, uncut and unstitched.

• Any length in its original condition, with the cotton pouch and printer card.
• A shade that is genuinely not what you expected — we would rather have it back than have it sit unworn.
• A manufacturing fault: a hole, a slub, a misprint that runs across the usable width.
• Transit damage, reported with photographs on the day of delivery.

• Anything washed, cut, stitched or altered by a tailor. Once scissors touch it we cannot resell it.
• Custom cuts above 3.5 m, which are cut from the bolt specifically for you.
• Wax crackle variation, minor motif registration shift, or a shade that differs slightly between dye lots — these are characteristics of hand batik and are described on every product page.
• Requests made after the seventh day. Write to us anyway; we are not robots about it.

Open a ticket from your account, or simply WhatsApp the order number with a line about what's wrong. You do not need a reason.

We book a reverse pickup within one working day. Fold the length back into its pouch — the courier brings the outer packaging.

On unserviceable PINs, post it to the unit and we reimburse the postage on production of the receipt.

We exchange for any other length of equal or greater value, paying the difference where relevant. Exchanges ship free in both directions.

If the piece you want is out of stock, we will hold your credit until the next dye lot rather than push you into a substitute.

None. We do not deduct restocking fees, original shipping, or a return-handling charge from your refund.

The only exception is a COD order returned unopened after three failed delivery attempts, where the ₹49 handling fee stands.

If a refund has not appeared within the window above, write to hello@rupaliprinters.in with the order number. We chase the gateway and keep you updated every 48 hours until it lands.

In fifty-two years the unit has never knowingly kept money it was not owed. We are not about to start.
