Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of rupaliprinters.in and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you accept them.

The site is operated by Rupali Printers, Batik House, Sanganer Road, Bagru, Jaipur, Rajasthan 303007, GSTIN 08AAXCR1234K1ZP.

Everything sold here is hand block-printed using a wax-resist process. Variation is inherent to the method and is not a defect.

Specifically, you should expect: wax crackle that differs on every metre, motif registration that shifts by a millimetre or two across a length, and shade that can run marginally deeper or lighter between dye lots.

Photographs are taken in daylight without colour correction. Screens vary, and we cannot guarantee the shade on your display matches the cloth exactly.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we email you a dispatch confirmation.
• We may decline an order — for example if a dye lot sold out between your checkout and our packing, or if the delivery address is outside our courier network. You are refunded in full within 48 hours.
• All lengths are unstitched unless the listing says otherwise.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST at 5% on textiles. Shipping is shown separately at checkout.

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and cash on delivery. COD carries a ₹49 handling fee and is unavailable on some PIN codes and on all custom cuts.

If a price is listed in obvious error — a decimal in the wrong place, say — we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

• One coupon per order. Coupons cannot be combined or applied retrospectively.
• Welcome codes are valid on a first order only and are tied to the email address that received them.
• We may withdraw a promotion at any time; orders already placed under it are honoured.

Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Monsoon, festivals and regional disruption can extend them.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Every parcel is insured in transit — see the Shipping Policy for what to do if one arrives damaged.

Seven days from delivery, provided the length is unwashed, uncut and unstitched. Custom cuts above 3.5 m are final sale.

The block designs, photographs, written content and site design are ours. You may not reproduce the motifs commercially or use our photographs to sell other goods.

Several of our motifs are traditional Bagru forms in the public domain; our specific carvings and arrangements of them are not.

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of the returns policy, or resale misrepresented as our own retail.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example the cost of tailoring already commissioned on a length that arrives late.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
